Essential Systems Every Church Should Have - Jay Pankratz
Jay Pankratz is the Senior Pastor of the largest CB church in Southern California. Sunrise Church has developed a series of systems over the years that have helped them reach a multitude of people. What are these systems and how they are developed? Come learn the answers during this seminar.

Ministering to the Undocumented (This seminar will be in Spanish) - Emilio Nunez
Thousands of undocumented people live around your church. You want to reach them for Christ. Then, when they start attending your church and growing in Christ, what do you do? Can they serve, and if so, where? Should you allow them into leadership positions? Hear what Pastor Emilio has done in his church, Bell Gardens Baptist Church, and what he suggests might be helpful to you.

3 Steps to Stand Through the Stupid Storms of Life - Vicki Smith
Our lives are guaranteed to have many storms: physical, emotional, financial, relational, at work, at home, at church and within ourselves.  How can you prepare for them, stand in the midst of them and endure until they pass? Come hear Vicki as she shares three steps you can take to make it through the storms of life.

Powerful Partnerships and Transformed Lives - Pat Cottrell
Years ago Calvary Baptist Church in Huntington Beach began planting churches in Bali, where there were no “CB” church plants amongst the Balinese. As of September of 2010, there are now 21 CB churches on Bali (from a dozen people to 250) and 4 on the tip of Java which are a part of the Bali group. Come hear Pastor Pat share what they did to adopt this people group and how you can do it as well.

How to Increase Membership Involvement While Decreasing Conflict - Stan Ponz
Volunteer ministry gives no salary, no perks, and no earthly retirement benefits. Ministries staffed by volunteers require the most leadership skills of any group. Such ministries must have leaders and volunteers with a high morale and low conflict ratio. Churches that are growing and have a high involvement of volunteers with no "drama" seem to have shepherds who are committed to be personally involved with them through seven Biblical principles taught in this session.
